The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is very clean. The lunch & dinner at the bar is great. The room is spacious.
Powercuts cause the wifi to restart every 5 minutes. Wifi is very weak.

Wonderful
A pleasant hotel due to its location, the cleanliness of the rooms , comfortable beds, good functionality of the AC due to the existence of a generator. Breakfast is simple, fresh, but not so varied, and can be a little boring if you’re stay is longer than 7 days; I liked the french toast and granola with nuts and soya milk; I would have liked that the fruit plate at breakfast to be more varied, respectively, I had a slice of mango in a single day from the all 4 days of my staying , in rest, always, pineapple, watermelon and banana; I would also have liked to have avocado toast as a breakfast option besides eggs and sausages
If you are accommodating in the building located near the Oxygen Restaurant it can be an inconvenience due to the loud music during their parties on Wednesdays (which lasts until midnight or 3 a.m. in the morning, depending on how “lucky” you are) Compared to other locations in the area the customer service can be improved taking into consideration the fact that for the first time in several years on the island we ran into employees with a defiant character, totally uncharacteristic for Zanzibar.
